1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
2 teaspoons beef bouillon
2/3 cup boiling water
2 (28 ounce) cans baked beans with molasses
1 1/2 cups catsup
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup prepared mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • In oven proof large pan, brown beef, onions,and celery until beef is done.
  • Dissolve boullion in water; stir into beef.
  • Stir in next 7 ingredients.
  • Cover and bake at 375* for 60 minutes, or until bubbly.
  • Stir, top with bacon.

1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large skillet.
  • Add chili powder, broth and water; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice and Cheez Whiz; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes.

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can mild diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 (1 ounce) envelope mild taco seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped lettuce
3 green onions, chopped
1 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 (4 ounce) package Mexican blend cheese, shredded
tortilla chips
salsa

Steps:

  • Cook first 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
  • Stir in tomato and green chilies, water, rice, seasoning mix and salt.
  • Cook covered, over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Uncover and cook 15 more minutes, then remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle lettuce, onions, tomato, avocado, olives and cheese over hamburger mixture.
  • Stand tortilla chips around edge of skillet; serve with chips and salsa.

1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups diced tomatoes
Kraft Delux Mac and Cheese, Kraft Shells & Cheese, or 1 small jar Kraft Cheez Whiz and 1 cup uncooked macaroni
2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheese (your favorite kind)
Jalapeno peppers (optional)
1 large bag corn chips or Tostitos

Steps:

  • Crumble and cook sausage. Add chopped onion and peppers, drain grease.
  • Add tomatoes. Add pre-cooked macaroni and cheese, shells and cheese, or Cheez Whiz and macaroni.
  • Allow to sit on warm for 10 minutes while chips are heated in microwave or oven. Serve in a bowl. Garnish with shredded cheese and jalapeno peppers. Chips on the side.
