4 Tbsp. sriracha sauce (more or less to taste)
½ cup honey
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 cloves garlic (minced)

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together all ingredients.
  • Place saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling is reached, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes, until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat. It will thicken up more as it cools.

1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon oil
¼ cup of Sriracha sauce
½ cup of honey
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, heat garlic with oil until fragrant on medium heat (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and let it come to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. This is to let it become a nice glaze consistency.
  • Allow it to cool. As it cools it will thicken and get spicier. Keep this in mind when tasting it while cooking.
  • Use as a dip or a glaze for chicken, meatballs, fish, etc.

1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 to 4 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
2 tablespoons honey
Tortilla chips
Chopped green onions, optional

  • In a large skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, broth, chili sauce and honey. , Cook, covered, on low until cheese is melted, 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
