- 1. Scoop watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew into balls.
- 2. Combine all the melon balls into a large salad bowl.
- 3. Sprinkle blueberries and mint leaves over the balls.
- 4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
- 5. Juice the lemon.
- 6. Combine lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil and honey. Mix well.
- 7. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently to coat.
