- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).
- 3. Blanch, peel, roughly chop the tomatoes, and drain the excess liquid.
- 4. Add all the ingredients, except the olive oil, to a blender, or food processor fitted with an S-Blade.
- 5. Blend until the ingredients are completely liquefied.
- 6. Chef's Note: I'm using white pepper; as opposed to black pepper because it has a nice sweet heat.
- 7. Chef's Note: You can't over-blend this dressing, so go for it.
- 8. Leaving the blender on high, slowly drizzle the olive oil into the ingredients, until they begin to thicken slightly.
- 9. Chef's Note: Slowly adding oil in this manner is called creating an emulsion.
- 10. Cover, and place in the fridge overnight before using for the first time.
- 11. Chef's Note: This dressing will stay fresh in the fridge for 5 to 7 days... that is, if it lasts that long.
- 12. PLATE/PRESENT

Steps:
- Chop each strawberry into small pieces; eighths.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix jello powder and boiling water until dissolved.
- Place cornstarch into a measuring cup and add 2 tablespoons of cold water. Mix throughly so that there are no lumps. Add remaining cold water up to complete the 1 cup.
- Add cold water mixture to jello mixture. Stir throughoutly.
- Fill your dessert dishes up half way with the jello mixture.
- Add chopped strawberries and top off with remaining jello mixture.
- Serve alone or with coolwhip!

This is an excellent way to cool down on a hot Summer's day. It has watermelon, orange juice, yogurt, lime juice, and fresh clover honey. What could go wrong? Finished this recipe up in the wee hours of the morning, and when my guests got up, I served them a glass along with breakfast. Glasses came back empty, and they were looking in the fridge for more. - 1. use each entire tins of fruit.... layer of peach slices, sprinkle of coconut,layer of sliced bananas,sprinkle of coconut..layer of pears, sprinkle of coconut,layer of sliced bananas n' repeat until all fruit is used up n' final sprinkle of coconut.
- 2. mix birds custard powder in 1-1/2 cups of milk, stir continuously so it doesn't scorch while thickening....when slightly cooled pour over top of fruit layers.
- 3. Mix egg whites (I normally add creme of tartar but you don't have to)....slowly add sugar (tsp or so) n' pile high on top of custard right out to the edges of dish. Into the oven to get nicely (lightly) browned... 350 degrees for 10-15 min's or so, depending on accuracy of your oven...sprinkle of coconut on top before cooking if you wish.
- 4. This dessert MUST be served COLD....it's even more awesome with fresh fruits when possible....but delish either way.
