This is one of my DH's breakfast standards which I made up several years before I discovered zaar. He takes this whole amount himself because he doesn't have lunch before 3 or 4 pm, but it's enough for 2 persons.

1 cup frozen strawberries
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1/2 lemon, juice of
3/4 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup pineapple juice

  • Put everything in a mixer or blender and mix until smooth.
  • Enjoy!

1 tablespoon all-natural creamy peanut butter
1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk

Steps:

  • Place everything into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high, stopping to scrape the sides as needed, until smooth.
  • Serve immediately!

1 cup diced pineapple
1 cup orange juice

6 frozen strawberries or 6 fresh strawberries
3/4 cup soymilk (8th Continent Light plain recommended)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar-free davinci strawberry syrup or 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup, to taste
1/4 cup sugar-free Cool Whip
4 -5 ice cubes (if using fresh berries)

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into blender container and process until smooth.
  • I used fresh brerries AND ice cubes, but if you use the frozen berries, you might not want the ice.
