QUINOA STIR-FRY WITH VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN
This speedy, savory meal pairs well with a workout. Quinoa is an unexpected source of energizing iron and amino acids, protein's building blocks, to nourish newly toned muscles. Body bonus: Potassium in the grain can help beat bloat.

RAMEN NOODLE STIR-FRY WITH CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES
Stir-fry combines tender strips of chicken with vegetables and popular ramen noodles. This version has more veggies and flavor. As is the case for any stir-frying recipe, have all of the ingredients prepped; have all of the veggies and meats cut up and ready to be added in the order called for in the recipe. Same goes for the liquids and the seasonings; have them already measured and set aside and ready to go. Always stir-fry over high heat so to keep everything crisp, tender, and not mushy.

CHICKEN STIR-FRY WITH VEGETABLES AND PEANUTS
You can use pork tenderloin cut into strips, in place of chicken for this recipe. The oyster sauce is optional but I add it in to mostly all of my stir-frys for added taste, if you have some add in a couple of tablespoons towards the end it will really "perk" up stir-fry dish!. We prefer our veggies crisp, if you like a softer texture, then you can steam the veggies first if you wish before stir-frying them. Serve the is cooked rice.

STIR-FRY CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES
From "The South Beach Diet" copyright 2003. Phase two recipe. I've had difficulty locating this particular medley of frozen vegetables. The only vegetables to avoid: beets, corn, and potatoes.
