UNSTUFFED CABBAGE SOUP
This hearty unstuffed cabbage soup is based on my favorite stuffed cabbage recipe, but is much easier and faster to make. The tangy, slightly sweet, rich broth is one of our family's favorites.

This is a wonderful weeknight meal because it is put together so fast. It has a slight Mexican flavor but it is not over-powering.-Diana Filban, Cut Bank, Montana

SPICY SAUSAGE & CABBAGE SOUP
My BF and I decided to improvise in the kitchen tonight and came up with this wonderful soup. It has a bit of a kick but awesome flavor. We both stuffed ourselves. All measurements are estimated, we were having too much fun throwing things in the pot. :)
