I had this dip at a appetizer party. It was so good I had to request the recipe. With its mild spicy flavor it is a perfect dip with any chip or pretzels. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

1 (10 ounce) package hidden valley ranch fiesta dip mix
16 ounces sour cream
3 jalapenos, seeded (chop fine in food processor)
4 ounces diced black olives (optional)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (this does get hotter with age so you may want to use less jalapenos).

1 (16 ounce) bottle ranch salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder

Steps:

  • Stir together the ranch-style salad dressing, the two hot pepper sauces, cayenne pepper, and chili powder. Chill for at least one hour.

Easy and SO delicious, this may be completely prepared then refrigerated until ready to bake ---for extreme heat increase the hot sauce by 1/4 cup more :)

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/3-1/2 cup frank's red hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 cup prepared ranch salad dressing (do not use dry seasoning mix)
2 cups diced cooked canned chicken or 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
finely chopped green onion (to taste) (optional)

Steps:

  • Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese with hot sauce, garlic and ranch dressing; mix until well combined.
  • Mix in chopped cooked chicken, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  • Spread into an 11 x 7-inch or a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes (if oil collects on the top after baking remove/dab using paper towels).
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or can use mozzarella cheese) on top then return to oven for 3-5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot or warm.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 env. (0.7 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, well drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese, corn and peppers.
