GRAPES IN SOUR CREAM

Grapes in Sour Cream image

My dad made this for us once for a quick dessert. It's really great and can be very low fat if you use low-fat sour cream. You can use blueberries too.

SEEDLESS GRAPES IN SOUR CREAM

Seedless Grapes in Sour Cream image

This dessert is excellent, elegant, simple, and fast. The flavor takes on different nuances depending upon the grapes one uses and how much liqueur and sugar one puts in. I've had success with both green and red grapes, light and dark brown sugar. Though it can be made and served immediately, like a lot of foods, it does seem to taste better after sitting overnight. GREEN GRAPE SALAD

Green Grape Salad image

This is a wonderful dessert salad that never failed to be a hit. Made the day before the brown sugar makes the sauce taste like caramel. You can use less brown sugar, if you wish.
