THE ONLY BARBECUE SAUCE YOU NEED FOR PORK, BEEF, AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU PULL OFF THE GRILL

Steps:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse a couple of times to thoroughly combine. Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan and place over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sauce is heated through, but do not allow it to come to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Use the sauce immediately as you like, or, if reserving for a later use, allow the mixture to cool, then pour it into a large bottle or container and store, tightly covered and refrigerated, for up to 1 year.
SAUCE/CONDIMENT ESSENTIALS: SPICY BEEF/PORK SAUCE
This is one of my go-to sauces any time I am thinking about using ketchup, and I want something a bit spicier. I use it when I make a meatloaf, put it on a good pub burger, and dip my fries in it. When I use it in a meatloaf, it is amazing. So yummy. So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.

Steps:
- 1. PREP/PREPARE
- 2. Gather your Ingredients (mise en place).
- 3. Add all the ingredients, except the coconut sugar, and lime juice to a saucepan over medium heat.
- 4. Allow to come to a simmer.
- 5. Add the coconut sugar, and simmer for about 10 -12 minutes.
- 6. Add the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
- 7. Return to the saucepan, and continue to simmer for 10 - 12 minutes.
- 8. Add the lime juice, and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes.
- 9. Chef's Note: If you want a bit more heat, add the sriracha sauce.
- 10. Store in a sealed non-reactive container in the refrigerator until needed.
- 11. PLATE/PRESENT
- 12. Use in a meatloaf, top a burger, or use it as a dip for fries. Enjoy.

It is casual Thursday, and I threw this together for tonight's dinner of burgers and fries. It has a little bit of spice to it, and a little bit of tang. I tried it out on a couple of my houseguests, and they all gave it two thumbs up :-) So, you ready... Let's get into the kitchen.
