1 cup celery, chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3 cups potato chips, crushed
grated cheese (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix celery and chicken together.
  • Place 1/2 of this mixture in an ungreased baking dish.
  • Spoon ½ can of mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk over the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips over all.
  • Repeat layers one more time. If using grated cheese, sprinkle on top.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt

1 (13 ounce) package chicken rice-a-roni
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
3 (7 ounce) cans water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 cup potato chips
1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 (5.5 ounce) bag Knorr Rice Sides - Chicken Broccoli, prepared
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cream of Chicken & Mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cream of Celery soup
2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed potato chips
1/4 cup water
Garlic pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl combine the chicken, prepared rice, soup, minced onion, broccoli, lemon juice, water and pepper.
