3/4 cup milk
1 container frozen whipped topping (thawed)
4 cups mini marshmallows
20 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • Spread graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • In a saucepan slowly heat milk and marshmallows. Place in large mixing bowl and allow to cool.
  • Once cooled, stir in crushed pineapple, but reserve a few tablespoons. Then fold in whipped cream.
  • Garnish by sprinkling remaining pineapple on top. Chill before serving.

24 large marshmallows
2 cups whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
maraschino cherries, optional

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice (discard remaining juice or save for another use.) Set the pineapple aside. , In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine juice and marshmallows. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave 1 minute longer or until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until lightly thickened and cooled, stirring occasionally. , Fold in whipped topping and pineapple. Pour into the crust. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with cherries if desired.

2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
2 (15 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and milk. Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in lemon extract, pineapple and whipped cream. Mix well.
  • Combine graham crumbs and butter. Press 1 1/2 cups into a 13 x 9" pan.

3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (1/2-inch)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1-oz. pkg.)
1/2 tsp. each ground cinnamon and sugar
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 min., stirring after 1 min. Stir until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended; set aside.
  • Melt butter in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add pineapple; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add flour and caramel mixture; cook 1 min. Remove from heat; set aside.

This is a light refreshing dessert we always had growing up on the 3 holidays. (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter) My mom & my aunts would always stay up late cutting up the marshmallows, laughing & talking. I make mine more simply and use the mini marshmallows. :)mmmmmmm Its pretty simple too.
