PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL BARS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the rolled oats, peanut butter, and brown sugar in a mixer on high until combined.
- Add the milk and vanilla and mix until combined.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and add to the mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press mixture into the lined pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.tir together the melted butter, sugar, soda, oatmeal, flour & salt until it's crumbly.Set aside approximately 1 1/4 cups. of the mixture.
- Press the remainder of the mixture into the prepared pan, making sure you press firmly. Bake the crust for 10 minutes then remove from the oven.
- Stir together the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour and spread the peanut butter filling over the baked crust, making sure to not pull up the crust while you do so.
- Spreading in one direction only solves this problem. Combine the reserved crumbs and Reese's Pieces together and spread on top of the condensed milk mixture.
- Bake at 350 for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top. Return to oven to bake for another 5-10 minutes or until topping is light golden brown and the chips are melting.
- Cool, slice and serve.

- Place oats in microwave-safe container that can hold at least 4 cups. Stir in the flaxseed and salt. Whisk together the water and egg whites, pour over the oats and stir gently until just combined. Microwave on MEDIUM power for 4-6 minutes (depending on your microwave).
- Remove bowl from the microwave, and stir in the peanut butter, sugar, and cinnamon. If the oatmeal becomes to stiff, soften with a small amount of milk. Serve warm.

- In a large bowl stir together the peanut butter, the butter or margarine, the brown sugar, the syrup and the vanilla until smooth.
