1/2 cup whole milk
2 cups peach yogurt
1 medium ripe peach, peeled and sliced
2 cups vanilla ice cream
2-1/2 teaspoons sugar

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

1 (14 fluid ounce) can full fat coconut cream
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened dried shredded coconut
1/2 medium peaches, sliced or 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches, thawed
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
5 basil leaves, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Place coconut cream, coconut milk, shredded coconut, and peach into a blender.
  • Pulse for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until blended to desired consistency.
  • Pour mixture into 2 small bowls. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, toasted sesame oil, and basil to serve.
