Steps:
- Blend milk gradually into cream cheese with wire whisk in a bowl; whisk in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Stir shrimp through cheese mixture until evenly mixed.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 1 hour.

You'll be the hit of the party if you walk in with this dish! It's so delicious you'll understand why the recipe is so big!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except the shredded cheeses & shrimp (I use a food processor).
- Add Shrimp (diced or process last so it's still in pieces and not puréed). Place mixture in a large bowl and add shredded cheeses.
- Next pour mixture into a large casserole dish (that has been buttered or sprayed with Pam) and add cracker crumbs.
- Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let cool completely and serve with crackers.
- Please feel free to use less spices and add more according to your tastes, But we like it SPICY!

SHRIMP AND PINEAPPLE PARTY DIP
this recipe is also good for stuffing jalapenos, and avocados! my wife likes it as a dip with her baked pits chips! i usually save a teaspoon of the pico, and shrimp and pineapple to top it with after it is mixed, just for presentation.

Steps:
- 1. pre thaw the frozen shrimp! microwave the cream cheese for about 6 minutes, or until it is creamy, be sure to stir it every 2 minutes or 3 to insure that it melts evenly! drain the juices from the can of pineapple, and from the pico de gallo!
- 2. mix the pico de gallo, shrimp, and pineapple with the cream cheese, stir until well blended, and enjoy!
