PETER'S OPEN FACED CHEESE TOMATO AND BACON SANDWICHES
Steps:
- 1. Cover each slice of bread with a Kraft Single.
- 2. Cover each Kraft Single with thin slices of tomato.
- 3. Cover remaining area of each Kraft single with little pieces of bacon.
- 4. Add pepper to your liking.
- 5. Place the bread on a cookie sheet. Bake for under 5 minutes on broil until cheese starts to bubble and edges of the bread are golden.

- Toast bread on both sides. Place tomato slices on bread spread with 2 teaspoons mayonnaise. Salt lightly. Top with a slice of American cheese and partially cooked chopped bacon. Broil slowly until bacon is crisp and cheese is melted. Serve at once.
