SHEET PAN PIZZA

½ pound pizza dough
3 tablespoon olive oil (divided)
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4-5 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
½ cup chopped basil (plus more for serving)

Steps:

  • Allow the dough to sit for 20 minutes covered at room temperature. Then roll out the dough to approximately 9 x 13 inches - the size of a quarter sheet pan.
  • Preheat the oven to 500°F and position the oven rack in the upper 1/3 position.
  • Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to the sheet plan, and gently press the dough into the oiled pan. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the dough. Spread the sauce on top, then add the mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and basil.
  • Bake the pizza into the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted. Top the pizza with fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.

2 cups uncooked egg noodles
½ pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage
16 ounces pizza sauce
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in the noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, top with the cheese, then bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.

10 ounces uncooked egg noodles
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking the meat into crumbles; drain. Add pizza sauce and mushrooms; heat through. , Drain noodles. In a greased 13x9-in. baking dish, layer half each of the noodles, beef mixture, cheeses and pepperoni. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through., Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casserole for up to 3 months. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before baking (do not thaw). 4 packages (3 ounces each) ramen noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup spaghetti or pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (3 ounces) sliced pepperoni, cut into strips

Steps:

  • Discard seasoning packets from noodles or save for another use. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Heat oil in a 10-in. ovenproof skillet. Press noodles into skillet, evenly covering the bottom of pan. Cook until bottom of crust is lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Pour spaghetti sauce over the crust. Sprinkle with cheese and pepperoni. Broil 4 to 6 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

2 packages ramen noodles
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella
2 tablespoons Parmesan
16 pepperoni slices

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Separate the ramen noodle blocks into 2 thin ramen squares each (4 thin ramen squares total). Pour 1/4 cup of tomato sauce on each ramen square and top with 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1 1/2 teaspoons Parmesan and 4 slices of pepperoni.
  • Transfer the ramen pizzas to a baking sheet and bake until the cheese has melted and the edges are a dark golden brown, about 10 minutes.

2 (6 ounce) hot Italian sausage, castings removed, cut into links (approximately 6 oz.)
1 bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 medium onion, cut in thin strips
3 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
1 teaspoon oil
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup marinara sauce
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Sauté sausage in a large skillet, breaking up clumps as it cooks. Add pepper and onion; sauté until sausage, pepper and onion are cooked. Remove to a bowl.
  • Cook noodles as packages directs. Drain, then stir in 1 seasoning packet (save remaining 2 packets for another use.)
  • Heat oil in same skillet over medium heat. Spread noodles evenly in skillet. Pour eggs over noodles. Cover and cook until eggs just begin to set.
  • Spread with marinara sauce, leaving a 1-inch border of noodles around edges. Top with sausage mixture and cheese.
  • Cover and cook over medium-low heat to melt cheese. Serves 6.

Well, I had some italian sausage and pepperoni left over and this is a recipe that I came up with that I wanted to share with you all. My italian sausage was already cooked but if you wanted to use raw, you could omit the butter and oil and cook the onion, mushroom and garlic with the sausage.

3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1/4 cup mushroom, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
5 -10 slices pepperoni (depending on the size you use)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Bring water to a boil in a 3 quart sauce pan. Boil noodles and set aside.
  • These steps are if you are using pre-cooked sausage:.
  • Heat butter and oil in a skillet; the oil keeps the butter from burning.
  • Add your mushrooms, onions and garlic and saute until almost done.
  • Add your precooked sausage and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until sausage is heated through.
  • (If you aren't using pre-cooked sausage, cook the sausage, mushrooms, onion and garlic together and omit the butter and oil.).
  • In a 2 quart casserole dish, add 2 Tablespoons spaghetti sauce to the bottom.
  • Layer 1/2 of the cooked noodles, sausage mixture, 1/2 of the remaining sauce and 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer the remaining noodles, remaining sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Top the dish off with pepperoni slices.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and dish is heated through.

1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, any flavor
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 ounces turkey pepperoni
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Steps:

  • Heat oven to broil.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Discard seasoning. Drain noodles in colalnder.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet with ovenproof handle. Add noodles and press to cover bottom of pan evenly. Cook 2 minutes or until browned underneath.
  • Spread sauce over noodles, then a layer of half the pepperoni, then cheese, then remaining pepperoni, then oregano.
  • Broil 2 minutes at 4-5 inches from heat or until top is bubbly and cheese starts to brown. Let cool about 5 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.

1 yellow onion, sliced
1 ½ cups bell pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups marinara sauce, or pizza sauce
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
6 oz pepperoni, sliced
1 cup fresh basil leaf, packed
3 cups mozzarella cheese
3 cups ricotta cheese

Steps:

  • Over medium-high heat, cook Italian sausage until browned, then remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, cook onion until translucent, then add bell peppers and garlic. Cook until the veggies are soft, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
  • In a 9 x13-inch (23cm x 33cm) baking dish, begin to assemble the lasagna by spreading a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan.
  • Then, layer ingredients in the following order: noodles, ricotta, sausage, veggies, mozzarella, sauce, noodles, ricotta, pepperoni, basil, mozzarella, sauce, noodles, marinara, mozzarella, veggies, sausage, and pepperoni.
  • Place pan on a sheet tray and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until bubbling and starting to brown around the edges.
