1 cup pineapple juice
1 large banana, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • Pour pineapple juice into a blender and add banana, strawberries, and blueberries. Cover and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses.

Basic Fruit Smoothie image

This is a great smoothie consisting of fruit, fruit juice and ice. I like to use whatever fresh fruits I crave that day. Any kind of berry, mangos, papayas, kiwi fruit, et cetera make a great smoothie. Experiment with your favorites!

1 quart strawberries, hulled
1 banana, broken into chunks
2 peaches
1 cup orange-peach-mango juice
2 cups ice

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches. Blend until fruit is pureed. Blend in the juice. Add ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.

Multi-Fruit Smoothie image

This recipe is one of my own creation. I threw together some fruits and this is the product. All of my family absolutely loved it. You can also put them in ice cube trays and freeze for a delicious cubed treat!

Number Of Ingredients 6

7 cups ice
1 peach
8 strawberries
10 blackberries
56 ounces grape juice (or other fruit juice)
1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)

Steps:

  • Blend the ice and grape juice together in the blender. Blend until ice is smooth.
  • Cut the seed out of the peach and put it into the blender and blend for 10 seconds on high.
  • Cut the tops off of the strawberries, place into blender and blend for 10 seconds on high.
  • Put all the blackberries into the blender and blend for 10 seconds on high.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and blend until all ingredients are mixed well.
  • Enjoy!
  • Freeze what is left over.
