MINI GARLIC MONKEY BREAD RECIPE
I am not good at making homemade bread, but this Mini Garlic Monkey Bread requires pre-made biscuit dough, so this recipe is pretty much fail proof.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place into a bowl.
- Combine butter, garlic, parsley and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Pour over biscuit pieces.
- Gently toss together and make sure everything is evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Place 6-7 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.

- Cut each biscuit piece into quarters, set aside.
- Combine the butter, garlic, and Parsley.
- In a large Ziploc bag, place biscuit pieces inside.
- Pour butter mixture in, as well as the Parmesan cheese. Close bag.
- Shake bag until each piece is thoroughly covered in mixture.
- Grease or line a muffin tray.
- Place about 4 pieces of dough in each muffin cup.
- Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on each muffin cup.
- Place in a preheated oven, 400, and bake for about 14-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a 12-cup standard muffin tin or coat with nonstick spray. Cut each of the 8 biscuits into eighths, making 64 pieces. In a large bowl, whisk together butter, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and salt, reserving 2 tablespoons; set aside. Stir in biscuit pieces and gently toss to combine. Drop 5-6 pieces into each muffin cup. Using your fingertips, gently press the last piece in the center. Place into oven and bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. - Butter a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Cut dough into 16 pieces.
- Combine melted butter, egg, parsley, and garlic powder. Dip pieces of dough into the butter mixture, coating completely. Arrange in a single layer in the prepared pan and pour any remaining butter mixture over top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until dough just reaches the top of the pan, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Bake monkey bread in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool in the pan slightly before serving.

I got this from "Real Mom Kitchen." These are cute little muffin sized monkey breads- made with a 12 muffin pan! Good for portion control. They come out buttery and crispy crunchy!

Steps:
- 1. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and place in bowl. I like to use kitchen shears or a pizza cutter.
- 2. Combine the melted butter,garlic, parsley and 1/4C Parmesan cheese together and pour over biscuit pieces.
- 3. Gently toss the biscuit pieces to get evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- 4. Using a 12 cup muffin tin, place 6-7 pieces of dough into each muffin cup. Use the add'l 2Tbsp of Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of the bread in the muffin cups.
- 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

- Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan or tube pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the green onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, butter and eggs until well blended. Break the bread dough off in walnut-sized pieces, and dip each piece into the egg mixture.
- Place coated dough balls into the prepared pan. Once there is a layer of balls covering the bottom of the pan, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat, sprinkling each layer with cheese until everything is in the pan. Cover loosely, and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
