Spicy Slaw image

latin take on cole slaw

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 medium serrano chiles
1/4 pound(s) cabbage
1 bunch(es) cilantro, fresh
1 medium tomato
1 stalk(s) celery
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
1/4 tablespoon(s) garlic powder

Steps:

  • shred cabbage into bite sized pieces.
  • chop everything else small. REMOVE SEEDS from pepper if HOT is not desired.
  • add seasonings & toss, serve cold.
