1 (15 ounce) can chili
1 (12 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
corn chips, for topping

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
  • Simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve in bowls topped with shredded cheese and corn chips.

This is one of those very filling casserole dishes that has become a favorite of ours.It's perfect for a potluck or just for supper!

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onions
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 c beef gravy
2 c kidney beans, drained
2 c cooked macaroni
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c shredded chedder cheese or mexican blend

Steps:

  • 1. In a skillet, brown the beef and cook the onion and green pepper with the chili powder and garlic until the vegetables are tender.
  • 2. Add the gravy,beans,macaroni,salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a 13x9 baking dish and top it with the cheese bake it at 350 for 30 minutes or the cheese is golden brown.
