This is one of those very filling casserole dishes that has become a favorite of ours.It's perfect for a potluck or just for supper!

- 1. In a skillet, brown the beef and cook the onion and green pepper with the chili powder and garlic until the vegetables are tender.
- 2. Add the gravy,beans,macaroni,salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a 13x9 baking dish and top it with the cheese bake it at 350 for 30 minutes or the cheese is golden brown.
