1 pony(1 ounce) Mohala (mango liqueur)
1/4 pitted and peeled mango, cut into strips
Garnish: 1 strip of mango

  • In a tall glass filled with ice cubes, stir together wine, Mohala and mango. Garnish cooler with the reserved mango strip.

  • Fill tall glass with 5-6 ice cubes. Add the vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, cointreau, and nectar. Stir gently. Add mango slice for garnish, and serve immediately.

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 750 milliliter bottle Sauvignon Blanc
1 hothouse cucumber, peeled, cut into 1/4" rounds
1 mango, pitted, peeled, finely diced
12 sprigs fresh mint, divided
1 cup ginger ale

Steps:

  • Stir sugar and 1 1/2 tablespoons hot water in a large pitcher until dissolved. Add wine, cucumber, and mango. Remove leaves from 6 sprigs of mint; stir into pitcher. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours and up to 6 hours.
  • Stir ginger ale into pitcher. Fill 6 large wineglasses with ice. Divide wine cooler among glasses. Garnish with remaining 6 mint sprigs.

2 ripe mangoes (about 1 pound-may use frozen)
2 cups orange juice
8 ice cubes
2 -3 limes, juice of
sparkling water (or club soda, tonic, etc.)
mint sprig (to garnish, or lime wedges, or both)

Steps:

  • Peel the mangoes and cut as much of the flesh off as you can.
  • Add orange juice and ice and puree in food processor or blender until smooth.
  • Add lime juice to taste.
  • Pour into a pitcher over the ice cubes and let the foam settle a few moments, then thin with the sparkling water.
  • Serve with a sprig of mint and/or a lime wedge. Enjoy!

1 c frozen mango chunks

GINGER SIMPLE SYRUP
1 c water
3 1 inch slices fresh ginger
1 c sugar

  • 1. In a pitcher combine beer first then rest of ingredients and stir well. Serve in cold glass along with more frozen fruit or ice.
  • 2. GINGER SIMPLE SYRUP Place sugar water and ginger in sauce pan bring to boil stir till sugar dissolved about 5 min. Take off heat and cool for 20min or longer.
