2 cups Heavy cream ((or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free))
1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
3/4 cup ChocZero Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
2/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Sea salt

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and heat over medium-low heat until the chocolate chips have melted. Whisk continuously, so the mixture does not burn. Remove from the heat.
  • Once the mixture has cooled, pour into the popsicle molds. Freeze for 2-3 hours, until the popsicles become slightly firm.
  • Remove from the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight.
  • Remove from the molds and enjoy immediately or store in a freezer safe container.

1 package (3.4 ounces) cook-and-serve chocolate pudding mix
3 cups whole milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine pudding, milk and sugar; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Cool 30 minutes, stirring often. Fold in cream. Pour into pop molds or 3-oz. paper cups; attach lids to molds, or if using cups, top with foil and insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm, 3-4 hours.

1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon light butter

Steps:

  • In a 3-quart saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, cocoa, and corn syrup.
  • Heat on medium heat until the mixture reaches 240°F stirring constantly.
  • Take the mixture off the heat and add butter and vanilla.
  • Let cool to 110°F and then stir until mixture loses its gloss.
