ΒΌ cup tequila
1 large orange, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
5 cups diced seedless watermelon
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

Steps:

  • Combine tequila, orange zest, orange juice, sugar, and lime juice in a shallow 9x13-inch dish. Stir in diced watermelon and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove watermelon mixture from the refrigerator and pour into a blender or food processor; process until pureed. Pour into ice pop molds, drop in a kiwi slice, and freeze until firm, 3 hours or overnight.

  • Stir coconut milk and sugar together in a bowl.
  • Pour coconut milk mixture into a blender. Add pineapple and banana; blend until smooth.
  • Pour blended mixture into ice pop molds. Press kiwi into the coconut mixture; freeze until solid, 8 hours to overnight.

1/3 cup sugar
2 cups kiwi puree (from about 8 kiwis)

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, bring sugar and 1/3 cup water to a boil over high, stirring until sugar dissolves. Transfer to a 4-cup liquid measuring cup or medium bowl and refrigerate until cool, 30 minutes. Stir in puree. Transfer to ice-pop molds and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

1 cup strawberry, chopped
1 cup kiwi, divided, plus 12 slices of kiwi
2 cups white wine
1 cup lemonade
2 oz vodka
ice pop mold
ice pop stick

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, 1 cup (180 g) kiwi, wine, lemonade, and vodka and blend until smooth.
  • Place 1 slice of kiwi in each ice pop mold.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice pop molds, seal with the lids, and add the ice pop sticks.
  • Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Carefully remove the ice pops from the molds.
  • Enjoy!
