MINI HOT DOGS
Hot dogs are always a hit with the kids (and big kids too) at all the parties that we have. Here using par-bake dinner rolls or small sized rolls and cocktail frankfurts, baked in the oven for a quick appetizer or snack for any party. So easy to make and very economical too. This recipe is easily doubled. Par-bake rolls are found in most supermarkets and sold in packs of 6 or 12.

Steps:
- .Preheat oven to 200°C and either line a baking tray with paper of lightly grease the tray.
- Slit the rolls from the top, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Place a cocktail frankfurt in each roll and place on the tray. Sprinkle over some cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes- the cheese should be nicely melted and the frankfurt heated through.
- Serve with tomato sauce/ketchup or mustard on the side. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Unroll dough onto cutting board; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations together to seal. Cut each rectangle crosswise in half. Combine cream cheese spread and peppers; spread onto dough.
- Pat franks dry with paper towel. Place 1 frank on each dough rectangle; roll up to completely enclose frank. Press edges of dough together to seal. Cut each roll-up into 4 pieces.
- Arrange 22 wrapped frank pieces, seam sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheet to resemble a football, leaving no spaces between pieces. Top with remaining frank pieces for the laces.
- Bake 15 min. or until golden brown. Serve with dressing for dipping.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F Unroll both cans of the dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.
- Place sausage on shortest side of each triangle. Roll up each, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point; place point side down on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, switching position of cookie sheets halfway through baking. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
