Steps:
- Set aside five strawberries. Place the remaining strawberries in blender; cover and puree. Strain into pitcher. Stir in the tea, sugar and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved. Chill. , Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Garnish with reserved berries.

STRAWBERRY-BASIL ICED TEA
Strawberries and basil give nuance to iced tea. The drink is toted in an old-fashioned glass jar, with ice added just before serving. Small bags of pistachios are the perfect accompaniment.

- Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add tea bags, and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Place strawberries in a bowl. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add basil, and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain over strawberries; discard basil. Toss to coat. Let stand until cool, about 25 minutes. Combine strawberries (with syrup) and tea in a pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice, and garnish with basil.

- Combine water, sugar, and tea bags in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®). Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 4 minutes. Allow 25 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid. Remove tea bags using a slotted spoon.
- Add strawberries to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Allow tea to cool completely. Stir strawberry puree into the cooled tea and serve over ice.

REFRESHING STRAWBERRY ICED TEA
I found this recipe on the back of a frozen strawberry package. It's really good on hot days! The tea is sweet already from the strawberries; so if you'd like, you can cut back on the sugar a bit. Enjoy!

- Take 5 strawberries out of the bag and set aside.
- With the remaining berries, blend in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Strain the pureed berries, discard seeds.
- Mix together pureed strawberries, tea, lemon juice, and desired amount of sugar.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Serve with ice and reserved berries as garnishes.
STRAWBERRY BASIL ICED TEA
I made this using Thai basil and what a treat that was. If you have regular basil that will be fine too. Cooking time is chill time.

- Brew tea for 5 to 8 minutes in 4 of boiling water (off heat).
- Remove the tea bags.
- Separately boil1 cup of water and add sugar and 1 cup of basil leaves, brew covered (off heat) for 10 minutes.
- Remove the basil and add chopped strawberries and let it chill in the fridge.
- Add the basil strawberry syrup to the cool or cold brewed tea.
- Serve in glasses with ice and enjoy!.

This is a 3-ingredient, sugar free, strawberry flavored iced tea. Ingredients are: orange pekoe & black tea, water, and 1 container of Walmart's Great Value Sugar Free Strawberry Flavored Drink Mix.

- 1. Place tea bags in a 2-quart size glass pitcher.
- 2. In a medium size saucepan, bring 4 cups of water almost to a boil.
- 3. Remove pan from heat, as soon as you see bubbles start to come to the surface.
- 4. Pour the hot water over the tea bags in the glass pitcher.
- 5. Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap, and let the tea steep for 1 hour.
- 6. After one hour; carefully squeeze the tea/water from the tea bags into the pitcher; stir, then discard the tea bags.
- 7. Cover the pitcher, then let sit until the tea has cooled down a bit more.
- 8. Once the tea has cooled; add the packet of sugar free strawberry flavored drink mix, and the 4 cups of cold water into the pitcher, and stir.
- 9. Refrigerate the tea until it's chilled, then pour in glasses filled with ice.
STRAWBERRY-CHAMOMILE ICED TEA WITH GIN
