- Place salmon, skin side down, in shallow glass or plastic dish. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over salmon. Cover; refrigerate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 1 hour.
- Set oven control to broil. Remove salmon from marinade; reserve marinade. Place salmon, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan. Broil with top 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes, brushing 2 to 3 times with marinade, until fish flakes easily with fork. Discard any remaining marinade.

- In an oiled shallow baking dish, combine lemon juice, Dijon, honey, and lemon zest. Stir together. Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place in the baking dish. Flip salmon to coat in glaze. Bake immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
- When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake 10 minutes or until fish is fork-tender.

- Whisk first 6 ingredients in 8x8x2-inch glass baking dish. Add salmon and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil rimmed baking sheet. Transfer salmon, skin side down, to prepared sheet; reserve * cup marinade for glaze. Sprinkle salmon with dill. Bake 8 minutes, then brush with reserved glaze. Continue baking until just opaque in center, about 8 minutes longer.

- Preheat broiler. Line rack of a broiler pan with foil and lightly coat with oil.
- Pat salmon dry and put, skin side down, on pan. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Mince and mash garlic to a paste with a pinch of salt, then stir together with mustard, honey, vinegar, caraway seeds, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Spread mustard mixture evenly on top of salmon, then broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until just cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.

- Mix the Honey, Mustard, Soy Sauce in a bowl and keep refrigerated. Put a pan of water onto boil.
- Place the salmon skin side up in a baking tray and bake on a low / medium heat for approx 10 minutes.
- Turn the Salmon over and cover with the sauce mix, place back into the oven for about 5 minutes or until the Salmon is just cooked. At the same time add the veg to the boiling water and the potatoes into the microwave
- Once veg, potatoes and salmon is cooked, serve up with some crusty garlic bread.
HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED SALMON WITH KALE AND LENTILS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450°F. In a large saucepan over high heat, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Add lentils and kale. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and simmer 5 to 10 minutes more or until lentils and kale are tender. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Meanwhile, place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil and coated with cooking spray. Season salmon with salt and pepper, to taste. Bake for 12 minutes. In a small bowl, stir together honey and mustard. When salmon is ready, remove fillets from oven and coat thoroughly with honey-mustard glaze. Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until cooked through. Divide lentil mixture among 4 plates. Top each with a salmon fillet and serve immediately.
