GRANDMA'S HOMEMADE BANANA BREAD
This recipe is a number one family favorite!!! It's been handed down from generation to generation. You can get creative by adding nuts, raisins or anything else that you want to throw in the batter

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.
- Combine sugar, butter, bananas, eggs, flour, baking soda, milk, salt and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl; beat well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.

HOMEMADE BANANA BREAD

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, bananas, butter, coconut and extract. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in walnuts and cherries. , Transfer to a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

HOMEMADE BANANA BREAD MIX (AMY'S)
This Banana bread is very popular with my family and with my ex-husband's family. I get requests for it and the recipe all the time. I wanted to make it into a mix, and while looking at it, I discovered it wouldn't be the least bit difficult...so here it is!! Enjoy it!

- TO MAKE THE BANANA BREAD: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare desired pan/s generously with vegetable spray and set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add mashed bananas and eggs beat well.
- Pour mix into a mixer bowl and make a well. Pour liquid ingredients into the well of the dry mix. Beat just until combined. Do Not Over Beat. Pour into prepared pans and spread as evenly as possible. For muffins/cupcakes with higher tops, fill cups 1/4 inch from the top (you will have a few less yield). (For regular muffins/cupcakes fill 3/4 full).
- TO MAKE THE STREUSEL MIX: Empty mix contents into a bowl. Cut the butter in with a pastry blender or a couple of butter knives. Mixture will resemble large peas (not bigger). Sprinkle on bread loaves, pans or muffin/cupcakes generously and evenly before baking.
- Bake for designated times: 4"x7" loaf pans (2) for 20-25 minutes, (1) for 55 minutes 8-9" rounds for 30-35 minutes 13x9" 40-45 minutes cupcakes/muffins 15-20 minutes standard bundt 50-60 minutes or until done; a wooden skewer or knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Allow bread to cool in pan/s for 5 minutes before removing to cooling racks to cool completely. Refrigerate either in an airtight container or well wrapped in foil.

This is a wonderful moist dessert bread. I got this recipe out of a Pillsbury cookbook and tweaked it a little.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan In mixing bowl combine sugar and butter, beat till light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Add banans, milk, and vanilla, blend well
- 2. In a small bowl, combine flour, nuts, baking powder, and salt. Add slowly to banana mixture and beat on low till combined.
- 3. Pour into pan and bake 50-60 minutes or till knife comes out clean when inserted.
HOMEMADE BANANA BREAD RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: light brown sugar, white sugar, bananas, buttermilk, canola oil, salt, vanilla extract, eggs, egg yolks, flour, baking soda, lemon juice

- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, white sugar, oil, buttermilk, vanilla, salt, eggs, and egg yolks and let it sit for about 2 hours or until the sugar has dissolved.
- After 2 hours, in a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Add this baking soda mixture into the sugar mixture and combine lightly.
- Mash the bananas on a flat, covered surface and add lemon juice.
- Then, add the mashed bananas to the previous mixture and combine.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease two loaf pans and pour the mixture into the pans evenly.
- Bake for 55 minutes, let cool, slice, and serve.
DELICIOUS HOMEMADE BANANA BREAD

- in a bowl put 5 peeled ripe bananas, cover them with plastic wrap, make a few little holes with a knife and put them in the microwave for 5 minutes, separate the juice from the bananas with a strainer and reduce the liquid on your stove top until it reaches 1/4 of a cup. while you wait prepare your 9 inch loaf pan with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a separate container mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside for later
- Mash the bananas until there is not big pieces, mix the banana syrup in(it should not be more than 1/4 of a cup, otherwise you bread will become flat) the eggs and the vanilla extract, at last add the brown sugar making sure is completely mixed in.
- Mix wet ingredients with the dry without mixing too much to avoid developing gluten, pour into your baking pan and sprinkle white granulated sugar on top and that is it, bake for an hour and enjoy with your coffee or tea as you prefer.
