2 tbsp Lucerne® Unsalted Butter
1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved, stem end removed
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup Lucerne Whole Milk
2 tbsp Lucerne Heavy Cream
1 tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cup Primo Taglio® Shredded Manchego Cheese
1 cup garlic-flavored croutons
1 tsp minced parsley

Steps:

  • 1.Preheat oven to 375°F. 2.Warm a medium size pan over medium heat, add butter and vegetables and cook until slightly browned and beginning to crisp. 3.Sprinkle in flour and allow to cook for 45 to 60 seconds. 4.Add the milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper, then whisk and return to a simmer. 5.Pour vegetable-milk mixture into buttered casserole pan and top with shredded Manchego and croutons. 6.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

I make this every Thanksgiving. Absolutely wonderful. You can easily substitute frozen par cooked green beans and corn that are drained well. The water chestnuts add texture so don't leave them out. Always a family favorite!

1 (15 ounce) can French style green beans
1 (15 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
11 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup grated white sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
25 -30 Ritz crackers, crushed (I use one sleeve)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray a casserole dish with Pam.
  • Drain Beans, Corn And Water Chestnuts and layer in bowl.
  • In a separate bowl mix soup,Sour Crwm and Onion.
  • Spread mixture over vegetables.
  • Sprinke Cheddar Cheese on top.
  • Melt butter and mix with Crackers ( I usually do this in a Zip Lock bag).
  • Spread Cracker mixture on top of casserole.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
1 small onion, grated
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Accent
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 Tlb soy souce
1 pkg frozen artichokes
1 pkg frozen green beans
1 8 0z can water chestnuts
1 can onion rings
3 cups milk

Steps:

  • Cook mushrooms, grated onions and butter together. Add flour, salt, pepper, Accent and stir to blend. Stir in milk and cook stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, Tabasco and Soy sauce. Stir till cheese is melted. Cook artichokes and green beans according to directions, drain and add to cheese mixture. Add water chestnuts and turn into buttered casserole dish. Bake in 350 over for 10 minutes. Crumble onion rings on top and bake 10 minutes longer.

1 (12 ounce) can white shoepeg corn (drained)
1 onion (chopped)
3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
1 1/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
