HEARTY SKILLET STEW

Steps:
- In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, brown steak with onion. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, potato, water, soy sauce and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until meat is tender. , In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir into beef mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.

HEARTY SKILLET SQUASH & SAUSAGE STEW
Steps:
- Slice zucchini, onion and sausage. Place oil in deep skillet, add onion and zucchini. Saute 2-3 minutes. Add sausage, stewed tomatoes and basil.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat; cover and simmer for approximately 20 minutes, or until squash is done.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle cheese on top and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve with bread.
