1 round bread loaf (1 lb.)
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 pkg. (9 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
3/4 cup spinach leaves
1/2 of a medium onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings and cooked until golden brown
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut a 1/2-inch-thick slice from top of bread loaf; remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for another use. Spread inside of bread shell and cut-side of top of loaf with dressing and mustard.
  • Fill bread shell with layers of turkey, spinach, onions and cheese; cover with top of bread loaf. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  • Bake 30 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through. Let stand 10 min. Cut into 4 wedges with serrated knife. Serve warm.

2 ounces cheese (provolone or mozzarella)
6-8 slices deli turkey (or 4 slices leftover turkey)
¼ cup cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • Spread 2 of the slices with mayonnaise.
  • Top with cheese, turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes (optional). Season with salt & pepper if desired.
  • Spread remaining slices of bread with cranberry sauce and top sandwich.

½ large white onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons dijon mustard, divided
½ teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
⅓ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
¼ cup sour cream
1 lb leftover turkey, chopped into ½-inch (1 cm) pieces
8 slices swiss cheese
1 small head little gem lettuce, leaves separated, cleaned, and dried
8 slices pullman loaf, or white bread

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the onion, vinegar, lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons of the mustard. Season with salt and pepper and set aside for 10 minutes.

1/4 cup Miracle Whip (low & non fat both work well)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or mustard of your choice)
1/4 lb shaved deli turkey (or deli meat of your choice)
3/4 cup spinach leaves (I use baby spinach)
1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced, cooked until caramelized
1/2 cup shredded cheese (blend of mozzarella and cheddar is recommended)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut a 1/2 inch thick slice from top of bread loaf; remove centre of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for another use.
