- In a greased 13x9-in. baking dish, layer half the noodles, ham and cheese. , In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, green pepper and onion; spread half over the top. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.

- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the egg noodles, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup, white wine, and water in a large bowl. Stir in the cooked egg noodles, ham, and Swiss cheese. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the dish. Bake uncovered until the casserole is bubbling and browned, about 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Toss drained noodles with 2 teaspoons of the oil. Heat remaining oil in a skillet and saute onion over medium heat until soft. Combine noodles, onion, mushrooms, ham, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper. Transfer to a greased 3 quart casserole dish. In a bowl mix together egg and milk; pour over noodle mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Trying to use up Easter Ham I threw this together using what I had in the pantry and fridge! Amounts are approximate, feel free to add more or less of any ingredient! Edited to change the size bag of noodles. I think it was an 8 ounce bag not 16 ounce!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Prepare egg noodles in a large Dutch oven, boiling as described on package. Drain and return to the Dutch oven.
- While the noodles are boiling, melt butter in skillet over medium to medium high heat. Stir in flour until thickened a bit. Slowly add half and half and chicken broth, stirring to prevent lumps. Cut heat up a bit if needed. Slowly add Swiss cheese, dry mustard and salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
- When the sauce is medium thickness, cut heat down to low.
- In the large Dutch oven containing the drained noodles, add the frozen peas, ham and the sauce. Mix well and pour into rectangular baking dish approximately 9 by 13.
- Cover with French Fried onions.
- Bake for 20 minutes.

- Spread the bread cubes into a shallow pan and let the bread sit until the cut surfaces are somewhat dried with the insides remaining soft, 2 to 3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- Put bread cubes into a large bowl. Pour honey mustard over the bread and mix to coat. Layer about half the bread cubes into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle 2/3 cup Swiss cheese over the bread cubes; top with 1 cup ham. Spread relish in a layer over everything. - 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add onion flakes and pasta; cook according to directions on package. Drain and return to pot.
- 2. Stir in ham, soup, milk and caraway seed. (Add more milk if needed to get consistency you want). Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- 3. Spoon half the mixture into a casserole dish that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Place 3 slices of cheese over this layer and top with remaining pasta mix. Top with remaining slices of cheese.
- 4. Cover with foil and bake in pre-heated 325F oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes.
- 5. Serve.

- Cook the pasta as directed on package; drain and rinse. Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 2 to 2 1/2-quart casserole. In a large saucepan or skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add celery and cook until celery is softened. Add green onions and ham; cook for 1 minute longer. Stir in flour until blended. Add milk, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add the Swiss cheese. Set aside about 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese for topping and add the remaining Parmesan to the sauce with the Swiss cheese. Cook, stirring, until cheeses are melted. Add the drained pasta and stir, blending well. Spoon into the prepared casserole. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top. Sprinkle over the casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned. Serves 6.
