1 frozen (9-inch) deep-dish pie crust, thawed
1 ½ cups cubed, cooked ham
6 ounces (1 ½ cups) grated cheddar cheese
1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained, and chopped into small pieces
4 eggs
1 cup whole milk or heavy cream
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Layer ham, cheese and broccoli in the pie crust.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the broccoli. Gently use your fingers to press the broccoli and other filling ingredients into an even layer in the dish.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the quiche to rest for at least 20-30 minutes before slicing and serving.

1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz .box), softened as directed on box
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
1 cup Green Giant® Select frozen broccoli florets (from 14-oz. box), thawed, well drained*
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Make pie crust as directed on box for one-crust filled pie using 9-inch glass pie pan.
  • Layer ham, cheese and thawed broccoli in pie crust-lined pan. In medium bowl, beat all remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over broccoli.
  • Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  • High Altitude: Bake at 45 to 55 minutes; during last 15 minutes of baking, cover edge of crust with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges.

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli

Steps:

  • Line unpricked pie crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. 2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 ½ cups diced cooked ham
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Press the pie crust ito a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
  • Place broccoli in a glass bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Cook broccoli in microwave in 1-minute intervals until evenly heated through, about 5 minutes total; set aside.
