FANCY GREENBEAN CASSEROLE
I was assigned the task of bringing a green bean casserole to our family Christmas dinner. So I found this recipe, which was a little more special than just your normal casserole. It was a HUGE hit and out of all the dishes - mine was completely gone at the end of the dinner!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Blanch the beans in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well, and transfer into a lightly buttered casserole dish. Pour over the cream, and crumble the blue cheese evenly on the top. Mix the breadcrumb with the melted butter in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until browned and bubbling. Remove and let rest for 15 minutes before serving for best results.
DEVILED GREENBEAN CASSEROLE
Steps:
- preheat oven to 350 chop onion,garlic,green pepper,pimento into little chunks cook in melted butter until onions look somewhat transparent remove from heat,stir in mustard,tomato sauce,cheese,green beans,salt and pepper pour into greased medium casserole bake 25-30 minutes-until cheese is melted through and beansw are piping hot

Steps:
- Stir the soup, milk, black pepper, green beans and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.
