1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup cantaloupe chunks
1 pear, cored and cut into chunks
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
4 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste

I found this recipe in a Kroger Savings flyer. Since I love honeydew, and they gave me a coupon for organic spinach, I decided to make it. Yumm!

2 c baby spinach leaves, washed and patted dry
1 c chopped honeydew melon
1/2 c chopped pear
1 c plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 c milk
1/2 c ice
INGREDIENTS MAY BE HALVED FOR ONE SERVING

Steps:

  • 1. Place spinach, honeydew, pear, yogurt and milk in blender. Blend until almost smooth. Add ice slowly through lid and blend until completely smooth.
