1 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
pinch salt & pepper

Steps:

  • 1. open can.
  • 2. place beans in sauce pan with onion.
  • 3. cook till it boils, take off stove.
  • 4. drain of liquid and put in small bowl, add the mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Enjoy

8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
½ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
½ teaspoon ground black pepper, divided
½ cup seasoned panko bread crumbs
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
olive oil cooking spray
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Wash green beans and dry thoroughly.
  • Whisk together eggs and egg white in a shallow bowl until just frothy. Whisk in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  • Combine seasoned and regular panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and remaining salt and pepper in another shallow bowl; mix well.
  • Coat 1/3 of the beans lightly with the egg mixture, then toss in the bread crumb mixture until well coated. Place in a single layer in an air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil spray.
  • Air-fry at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) until beans are golden and crunchy, about 6 minutes.
  • Repeat Steps 4 and 5 to coat and air-fry the remaining beans.
  • Stir together mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined. Serve with the air-fried green beans.

4 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced, sep into rings
2 stalks celery, sliced small
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup diced cheese (cheddar, jack, pepper jack, cream - your choice)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the onions, celery and mushrooms until soft (about 7 to 8 minutes).
  • Mix the mayonnaise and cream.
  • Mix everything together in a casserole and bake at 350°F, covered, for 30 minutes.

2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
