4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
2 cups frozen green beans
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed low-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Remove chicken from skillet.
  • Add beans, soup, water and thyme to skillet; cover. Cook 6 min., stirring frequently.
  • Return chicken to skillet. Cook 1 min. or until hot. Top with cheese.

This is my family's favorite recipe. My mom gave it to me and it's terrific!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast meat
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1 (12 ounce) package unseasoned dry bread stuffing mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl combine the chicken, soup, beans, salt and pepper; mix well and set aside. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Spoon chicken mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, top with prepared stuffing and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake, covered, for 25 minutes; remove cover and bake another 5 minutes to brown the cheese.
