NO-BAKE PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY GOLDEN GRAHAMS™ COOKIES
Golden Grahams™ cereal gives PB&J a twist in this no-bake treat.

Steps:
- Line cookie sheets with waxed paper or cooking parchment paper. Spray large bowl with cooking spray; place cereal, peanuts and cranberries in bowl.
- Spray medium microwavable bowl with cooking spray; add peanut butter, butter and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth, stirring after each minute.
- Pour hot marshmallow mixture over cereal mixture; stir until cereal is well coated. Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. If mixture becomes hard to scoop, reheat in microwave 1 minute.
- Cool completely, at least 1 hour. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.

- Grease 13x9-inch pan with butter. Measure cereal into large bowl.
- Reserve 1 cup of the marshmallows. In 3-quart saucepan, heat remaining 4 1/2 cups marshmallows, the chocolate chips, butter, sugar and water over low heat, stirring occasionally, until completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining 1 cup marshmallows.
- Press firmly in pan. Cool at least 1 hour until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

- Grease (or line with cooking parchment paper) 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
- In large heavy-bottomed pan, heat butter, peanut butter and marshmallows over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until mixture is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in cereal and cookie crumbs. Dump mixture into baking dish; smooth it into an even layer.
- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. Drizzle over top of bars. Cover; place in fridge 1 hour.
- Cut into 6 rows by 3 rows. Store covered at room temperature or in the fridge.

- Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Spray large bowl with cooking spray; stir together cereal and nuts in bowl.
- Spray medium microwavable bowl with cooking spray; add butter, caramel sauce, salt and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High 2 to 3 minutes or until smooth, stirring after each minute.
- Pour hot marshmallow mixture over cereal and nuts; stir until cereal is well coated. Press firmly in pan.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 30 to 90 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted and smooth. Drizzle over top of bars.
- Cool at least 1 1/2 hours until firm. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.

Found off a blog....I can't remember which one. This uses Golden Graham Cereal to make a light cookies.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, sugar, egg, almond extract and water well.
- Blend flour, soda and salt; mix into the butter sugar mixture gradually.
- Mix in rolled oats and cereal.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a parchment lined baking sheet, making sure to leave about an inch and a half around each cookies. Bake 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges.
