3 lb imitation crab meat
1 c chopped green onion
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green pepper
1/2 c ranch dressing
1/2 c heavy mayo

Steps:

1. SEPARATE MEAT (BY HAND) THE PIECES OF CRAB. PUT ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND MIX WELL. IF IT SETS OVER NIGHT IN THE FRIDGE THE INGREDIENTS WILL BLEND.....

1 lb. imitation crab meat, shredded
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions (with the green too)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped.

Steps:

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for about an hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve either as a salad, on lettuce, or on split croissants.
