Number Of Ingredients 10

5 cups Chocolate Chex
4 cups Cinnamon Chex
1 cup salted cashews
1 cup dried banana chips
6 tablespoons butter, cubed
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the cereals, cashews and banana chips. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Add the coconut, honey, cocoa, extract and cinnamon; stir until blended. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat., Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread onto waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.

1 cup pecan halves
1 cup whole salted cashews
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter or butterscotch chips
1 cup coarsely chopped dried apricots
3/4 cup coarsely chopped dried peaches or apples
1/2 cup dried cranberries

4 cups Honey Nut Chex™ cereal
1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1/3 cup roasted salted sunflower nuts or hulled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon warm water
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
3/4 cup raisins

Steps:

  • In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, peanuts and sunflower nuts; set aside.
  • In small bowl, mix honey and warm water. Stir in salt, cumin and red pepper until blended. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  • Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in raisins. Microwave 1 minute longer. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

6 ounces smoked almonds (I used Blue Diamond smokehouse almonds)

8 ounces dried cranberries
