1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 lb. (0.4 kg) salmon fillet
Chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine the lime juice, Sriracha, honey and soy sauce in a small bowl. Stir to mix well. Marinade the salmon with the mixture while the oven is preheating.
  • As soon as the oven is preheated, transfer the salmon to a baking sheet lined with aluminium foil or parchment paper, bake until it's cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.

1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 1/4 lbs pounds salmon fillet, skin removed

  • Heat oven to 425°. In a bowl, whisk together juice, zest, syrup, sriracha and salt. Place salmon in a baking dish lined with parchment paper; pour lime-maple mixture over top. Roast salmon until cooked through and flaky, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro; serve.

1 teaspoon minced garlic

2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
