This easy hummus tastes just like your favorite everything bagel! You can quickly turn a can of chickpeas into a creamy dip with tons of savory flavor.

1 15oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning (plus more for garnish)

Steps:

  • Place the chickpeas in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes until softened. For a faster method, place the chickpeas in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes.
  • Carefully transfer the warm chickpeas to a food processor and blend on high for 20 seconds.
  • Add the olive oil, tahini, and lemon juice and continue to blend for 2-3 minutes until completely blended.
  • Add water until you reach the desired consistency.
  • Add the bagel seasoning and pulse until just combined.
  • Taste and add additional seasoning, if desired.

6 cloves garlic, unpeeled
¼ cup olive oil, divided, plus 2 teaspoons
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons toasted pine nut, divided
⅓ cup tahini
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
⅓ cup cold water
1 tablespoon Clubhouse® Everything Bagel Seasoning
pita, for serving
Crudité, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • On a small baking sheet, toss the garlic cloves with 2 teaspoons of olive oil until well coated. Roast for 15 minutes, or until skins are brown. Remove from the oven and let cool, then remove the skins.
  • Make the hummus: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, 2 tablespoons pine nuts, the tahini, lemon juice, salt, onion powder, roasted garlic cloves, remaining ¼ cup olive oil, and the water. Process until well combined and smooth.
  • Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and top with Clubhouse® Everything Bagel Seasoning. Serve with pita or crudités.
