Steps:
- Mix all ingredients thouroughly.
- Form 1/4 cup meat mixture into meatballs.
- Arrange 1/2 the meatballs around the edge of a dinner plate or large microwave safe plate.
- Microwave meatballs at 70% power 4 minutes 30 seconds.
- Turn over meatballs.
- Microwave at 70% power for 3 minutes.
- Repeat steps 3-6 with second half meatballs.
- Add meatballs to your favorite sauce.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Finely mince carrot and onion by hand or in a food processor and then combine all ingredients. Use your hands to gently mix. Shape meatballs into 2-tablespoon-sized-balls and place on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, checking at 30 minutes to ensure there is no pink in the middle of the meatballs. Cook for 5 more minutes if needed. Serve with pasta or spaghetti squash, and your favorite tomato sauce. You can veg it up by adding sautéed onion, zucchini, red pepper, and grape tomatoes. You can freeze the meatballs in a plastic bag in the freezer for up to 3 months, letting them defrost in the fridge or microwave before eating. Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place bread pieces in a bowl. Pour milk over bread; allow bread to soak for 1 minute. Squeeze excess moisture from the bread and place bread in a bowl; discard milk.
- Mix ground turkey, turkey Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Add soaked bread to turkey mixture and gently mix. Form turkey mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls; place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until meatballs are cooked through, 20 to 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

EASY SPICY TURKEY MEATBALLS
Low salt, low sugar, low carb alternative to bland food. I made up this recipe for someone who is very hard to find recipes for because of diet recommendations and allergies. They came out fantastic! And I'm not the biggest fan of spicy foods!

Steps:
- Mix ground turkey with finely chopped green peppers in a medium sized bowl. Tear apart bread into small pieces and mix well.
- Spoon 15-18 meatballs and brown sides on medium/high heat in skillet. Place in oven safe dish.
- Pre-heat oven 350 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
