EASY SKILLET SCRAMBLE

Steps:
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sliced potatoes and cook until they start to brown.
- 2. Add bacon pieces and cook until heated through.
- 3. Whisk eggs well in a bowl and pour over the potatoes and bacon. Let cook until the eggs start to set and add cheese. Scramble it all with a fork until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
- 4. Serve with toast and jam.

Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder and seasoned salt., In a large bowl, combine the eggs, ham, water, salsa, salt and pepper. Add to the potato mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with cheese; cook 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Melt the butter in a large cast iron skillet that has been placed on the grates of the grill. Add the onion and jalapeno and cook until soft. Stir in the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
