1 egg, lightly beaten
1 can (5-1/2 ounces) V8 juice
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, V8 juice, bread crumbs, soup mix, cheese and garlic powder. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Pat into an ungreased 9x5-in. loaf pan., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes. Spread ketchup over top; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°.

1 egg, lightly beaten
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed French onion soup, undiluted
1-1/3 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 33 crackers)
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, onion soup and cracker crumbs. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf. Place in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes., Pour mushroom soup over loaf. Bake 1 hour longer or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°; drain. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

2 lbs lean ground beef (or can use ground turkey)
1 cup corn chips, crushed (I use low-salt)
1/3 cup taco sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (I use low-salt)
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Mexican blend cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Mix all the ingredients together and place mixture in a loaf pan with a rack (to remove the excess of grease).
  • Cook in a pre-heated oven at 350ºF. for about 40-45 minutes until meat is well cooked from inside.
  • Serve with light sour cream and salsa on top, if you like.

1 - med. onion
1 cup(s) bread crumbs, dry
dash(es) pepper
2 clove(s) garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
TOPPING
3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
3 tablespoon(s) yellow mustard
3 tablespoon(s) apple cidar vinagar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350. Mix all and put in a loaf pan
  • Mix topping and pour over meat mix. bake for about an hour
