1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate
Easy Ice Cream

Steps:

  • In a medium microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl, combine corn syrup and heavy cream. Microwave on high 4 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir in chocolate. Let stand 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth. Serve warm over ice cream.

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 squares (2 ounces) unsweetened chocolate

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring, until the chocolate is melted and combined with the milk. Remove from the heat. Cool sauce slightly before using.

2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 to 1/3 cup milk

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Serve warm. Store in the refrigerator.

1/4 cup(s) marshmallow cream
1/4 cup(s) milk
- optional whipped cream and cherries for topping sundaes

Steps:

  • Stir together all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium for 1 minute, stir. Repeat this twice. Serve warm over ice cream. Whipped cream and a cherry are optional, but nice.

1 tsp vanilla
Ice cream and brownies (optional)

Steps:

  • First, in a small saucepan on high, combine sugar, milk, melted butter, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil. Once it has come to a boil, boil 1 1/2 minutes longer.
  • Take off burner and stir in vanilla.
  • Serve on ice cream and brownies.

1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
3 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 ounce unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pinch of coarse salt

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, bring sugar and heavy cream to a boil over medium-high. Cook, stirring often, until sugar dissolves, 2 minutes. Add butter and both chocolates, and stir until chocolates melt and sauce is smooth, 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla and salt.
