Number Of Ingredients 10

1 package (8 ounces) egg noodles
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the beef, onion, celery and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Add the tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until heated through., Drain noodles; stir into beef mixture and heat through. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This recipe is very simple to prepare and tastes great. The key to this meal is the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, which really brings out the flavor of the noodles, beef and it is a meal that everybody enjoys. Good for lunch or dinner.

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ pound freshly sliced mushrooms
¾ cup milk
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 package (12 oz.) wide egg noodles dry
1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 pound ground beef cooked, drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
sliced green onions (optional)

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, and seasoning mix and stir until smooth. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat, add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are browned. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet. Add the beef and cook stirring to break up the meat until nicely browned. Drain the beef. Add the mushrooms back to the skillet. Add the noodles,sour cream mixture, and cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
1 cup mild salsa
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Steps:

  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in condensed soup, salsa, water and taco seasoning., Drain noodles; stir into skillet and heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat. 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ramen noodle soup mix, any flavor
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers, tomatoes, corn, water and dressing.
