"A BIT DIFFERENT" BREAKFAST PIZZA
This recipe calls for the crust to be prebaked a bit before adding ingredients. Feel free to change sausage to ham or bacon. This warms well in the microwave for those late risers.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Press dough into the bottom and sides of a 12 inch pizza pan.
- Bake for 5 minutes until set but not browned.
- Cut sausage into small pieces.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl until frothy.
- Spoon sausage over baked crust and sprinkle with cheese.
- Pour egg mixture slowly over sausage and cheese.
- S& P to taste.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is brown.
A DIFFERENT PIZZA
I got this recipe from a friend, a batter is used to make this pizza crust, but it bakes up just like a usual pizza crust :)

Steps:
- Brown sausage or hamburger, with one medium onion, set aside.
- Mix flour, Italian Seasoning, dash salt and pepper, milk, and eggs.
- Pour batter into a 12" round pizza pan sprayed with Pam.
- Top with the browned meat and onion.
- Bake at 425° for 20-25 min(mine took 25 minutes).
- Take out of oven,.
- Drizzle one can of pizza sauce over this.
- Sprinkle 1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for another 12 to 15 minutes.

- For topping, in a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain well. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, oregano, sage, pepper and soup. Stir until well blended; set aside. , For crust, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl; cut in shortening. Add milk and stir until combined (mixture resembles a soft biscuit dough). Pat dough into a lightly greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan., Spread beef mixture over crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

A VERY DIFFERENT WHITE PIZZA
I don't like ricotta cheese, so I never liked traditional white pizza. But, my mom used to make a different kind of white pizza without ricotta. It's a completely different flavor. I usually don't measure and go by eye, so the measurements below are not exact.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- In a small pot, begin to cook the chopped onion in the olive oil over medium heat. Cook slowly, you don't want the onions to brown.
- When the onions are about 1/2 way cooked, add the garlic and rosemary. Continue cooking until the onions are soft.
- Spread the onion mixture over the top of your pizza shell.
- Salt and pepper your pizza.
- Spread the Romano (or Parmesan) cheese first followed by the mozzarella and provolone.
- Bake for about 15 minutes - until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and starting to brown.
- Remove from oven and cut into 8 pieces.
- Enjoy!
