4 cups frozen unsweetened blackberries
1 package (12 ounces) frozen unsweetened raspberries

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and milk; fold in frozen berries. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Freeze leftovers; remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.

This is a light delicious fruit whip salad that goes over well at gatherings. I use the lowest calorie/fat whipped topping I can find and sugarfree pudding and pineapple in it's own juice (no sugar added). Cooking time is for chilling.

3 apples
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 ounce pudding
1 pint strawberry
20 ounces crushed pineapple

Steps:

  • Peel, core and chop apples & place in large bowl.
  • Clean strawberries, remove stems and cut in pieces about the same size as apple pieces and add to bowl with apples.
  • Add crushed pineapple (do not drain) and pudding (dry) to bowl. Mix together.
  • Fold in whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate at least an hour. Serve.
