2 cups kosher salt
1/2 cup black pepper
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/2 cup granulated onion

  • In a 1 quart glass mason type jar, combine al ingredients and shake well to combine. Keep tightly covered and use anytime you need a fajita style seasoning or a garlic, onion, pepper and salt mixture.
